SMS Messaging

  1. ‘The SoSo Crew’ is the community group for fans of the music act ‘SoSo’. Fans can opt-in to receive exclusive content, discounts, tour announcements, pre-sale access to products and more. Users who opt-in can expect to receive no more than 3 SMS messages per month and on average 2 SMS messages per month. These SMS messages will include announcements with links to exclusive content that the user can then access.

    1. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “UNSUBSCRIBE” to the shortcode. Upon sending “UNSUBSCRIBE” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will not longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS Messages to you.

    2. If you experience issues with our SMS messaging, simply reach out directly to [email protected] for assistance.

    1. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

    1. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
